U.S. criticizes Canadian ports for luring American cargo

A federal agency on Tuesday criticized Canadian ports for deliberately luring cargo business away from American ports.

The Canadian Press, citing unnamed sources, reports that the Federal Maritime Commission is expected to issue a report to Congress critical of the Canadian ports, despite receiving an "overwhelming majority" of responses indicating Canada wasn't doing anything underhanded.
