Oregon Democratic legislative candidate comes close to winning -- with a $50 donation limit

Peter Nordbye put himself at a big money disadvantage when he ran against Oregon Rep. Mark Johnson, R-Hood River, and said he wouldn't accept more than $50 from donors. But he came within four percentage points of winning Tuesday's election.
