Governor's Office releases draft 'Nike' proposal

Statesman-Journal:

A proposal expected to give companies like Nike Inc. more certainty that the state’s tax code won’t change if they choose to expand in Oregon is now available online. Under the plan, the governor and the director of the Department of Revenue would be allowed to enter into contracts with taxpayers committing to a minimum of 500 jobs and $150 million in capital investment.
