Kitzhaber girlfriend says she is not target of state investigation

Cylvia Hayes says she has been told by the attorney general's office that she is not a target of an investigation of Oregon Department of Energy contracting. Hayes, the girlfriend of Democrat John Kitzhaber who runs an environmental consulting firm, says she will not apply for any state contracts if Kitzhaber is elected governor in November.
