Kevin Mannix, the former legislator, gubernatorial candidate and initiative sponsor, is once again facing scrutiny over his political and personal finances. The Justice Department has gone to court to force Mannix to reveal documents about his ties to a non-profit that has frequently given money to his political and business causes.
