The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is all about fairness for working families. It's the watchdog against predatory and abusive practices by financial institutions. Richard Cordray is eminently qualified for this job. In Ohio, and now on a national level, he has fought fraud and discriminatory practices, taking on the big banks and winning for consumers and taxpayers. This is the ultimate abuse of the silent filibuster. Even Republicans admit that Richard Cordray is qualified for this job.
