In Salem, laying the infrastructure for better infrastructure
State lawmakers are moving closer to a new way of financing major public infrastructure projects.
The House Transportation and Economic Development Committee on Monday was prepared to pass a bill that would create the 10-member West Coast Critical Infrastructure Exchange Task Force.
