Car Dealers Top BBB Complaint List
Businesses promising to protect against identity theft and auto dealers generated the most complaints to the Better Business Bureau of Alaska, Oregon and Western Washington in the third quarter of 2010.
Services offering to protect consumers from identity theft earned the most complaints in the quarter, followed by new car dealers and used car dealers.
