Rep. Schrader doubles down on bipartisanship with "No Labels" group

Oregon Rep. Kurt Schrader was given a starring role Thursday when he joined a bipartisan group of about 80 members of Congress who introduced several bills aimed at improving government efficiency. The event was put together by No Labels, a group headed by Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va., and former Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman that is focused on breaking down partisan barriers in Congress.
