Kizhaber: 'Cover Oregon works, the website doesn't'

Gov. John Kitzhaber today defended Cover Oregon, saying he’s pleased with how things are going overall, despite the many technical problems with the website.

“Cover Oregon works, the website doesn’t work,” Kitzhaber said during the Business Journal’s Power Breakfast today. “We need to keep our eye on the ball. Have there been problems? Absolutely. But the goal was to get people covered.”
