Kitzhaber: Cover Oregon could affect reelection chances

Gov. John Kitzhaber said Cover Oregon could have an impact on his re-election chances, “but at the end of the day, there are a whole host of other issues.”

The majority of respondents in a recent Business Journal poll — 65 percent — said the bungled health exchange project would hurt his re-election chances.
