Oregon Treasurer Ted Wheeler is constitutionally barred from running for re-election in 2016, according to an opinion from Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum. Wheeler's electoral status was unclear because he had been first elected treasurer to finish the last two years of his predecessor's term.
