City Club committee just says yes to marijuana legalization in Oregon
The City Club of Portland is a step closer to endorsing a ballot measure that would legalize recreational marijuana.
A City Club committee released a draft research report Thursday recommending that Oregon voters back the measure, which appears on the Nov. 4 ballot.
City Club members must approve the endorsement and will consider doing so at an Aug. 20 gathering.
