An Oregon House member confirmed this week he's exploring whether to introduce a measure that could boost Oregon's minimum wage to $15 an hour.

Rep. Rob Nosse, a Portland Democrat, will consider the matter further after the Nov. 4 election. The notion could emerge as a key topic as Oregon's Legislature returns for its full session (which takes place every other year; in even-numbered years, the body meets for a short session in January and February) in two-plus months.
