Kitzhaber's education budget makes room for the environment
Gov. John Kitzhaber's proposed $18.6 billion budget for the 2015=2017 biennium will no doubt be dubbed "the education budget," with 51 percent of it — $9.4 billion — targeted at education in support of the governor's lofty graduation goals..
