Devlin set to join Oregon Secretary of State race

Portland Business Journal:

A longtime Oregon state senator told the Salem Statesman Journal he'll run for the open secretary of state post.

Richard Devlin of Tualatin told the paper he'll make an official campaign announcement later next week.

Devlin is looking to replace Jeanne Atkins, who's filling in until the November 2016 general election. Atkins has said she won't run for the seat to which Gov. Kate Brown appointed her.
