Dudley incorrectly hits Kitzhaber on state borrowing

Jeff Mapes, Oregonian:

Republican Chris Dudley criticizes his Democratic opponent, former Gov. John Kitzhaber, for the way he handled the state budget when he was governor. But Dudley was wrong in claiming that Kitzhaber supported borrowing to pay the state's operating costs. Actually, Kitzhaber fought legislators, including GOP leaders, who wanted to resort to borrowing.
