Conservative anti-tax activist Bill Sizemore pleaded guilty Thursday to three counts of income tax evasion and was sentenced to 30 days in jail and 36 months of supervised probation.
"Everybody has to pay their taxes," said Attorney General John Kroger, who released a statement about the plea deal. "There are no exceptions."
