Bonamici, Avakian tangle over trade policy at City Club of Portland

International trade policy once again takes center stage in Oregon's special congressional race. Democrat Suzanne Bonamici said it would be a mistake to take a firm position on the pending free-trade pacts during the campaign. Rival Brad Avakian said voters deserved to know in advance how the candidates would vote on the agreements.
