Burnside Bridgehead Decision

b!X has the news:

"[A]fter more than two hours, the Portland Development Commission unanimously voted to select Opus Northwest as the preferred developer for the Burnside Bridgehead project."

That's right, folks.  No groovy artist space or student apartments, 90% less office space, but plenty of Starbucks.  b!X will be updating information after, presumably, recovering from a night of heavy drinking. In the meantime, discuss the news at the Communique.
