Charlie, I've decided you have a perfect radio voice. Perhaps a DJ job is in order if you decide to switch careers?

    Great job, both of you!

Maybe you could have finished it off with a best-of-3 arm- wrestling match to draw in the ESPN2 audience.

I really love radio interviews but am not crazy about going on camera. Yeah, yeah, insert joke here. But as someone who does media trainings for clients, I am keenly aware of how my hand movements are pretty distracting.

Actually, when I was leaving the studio, I remembered that I had a fake hook in my car from doing Novick visibility. I got the idea about 50 minutes too late, but if I had to do it over again, I would have planted it under my chair and whipped it out for the last segment. Ah, such is life.

    Happy election day to all.

I have yet to hear anyone talking about possible VEEPs mention Gov. Napolitano. She could turn Arizona into a swing state and make McCain spend precious campaign resources at home. Not to mention that she's got immigration credentials that could turn the anti-immigrant Republicans who are already mad at McCain to Obama.

Has anyone been looking at SurveyUSA's vp polls? They've only released Pennsylvania and New Mexico thus far, and granted they only have 4 candidates (Would be interesting to see Richardson on the Dem side) but so far Edwards has been very strong. Granted some of that's because he has higher name id, but he outperforms Ed Rendell in Pennsylvania in every match-up, which really surprised me.

Richardson would be a good Dem VP choice. He is the only person the North Koreans would allow to talk to them directly without throwing a snit fit over it.

The SUSA polls are interesting. Exactly the kind of poll I've been dying to see in Arizona with Napolitano on the ticket with Obama. They should rotate a local VP choice in each state they poll (ie, Richardson in NM). Do that many people even know Rendell outside of Pennsylvania?

I think I'd rather see Richardson as Sec of State (and Wes Clark as SecDef & Robert Reich as Sec Treasury, while I'm projecting an Obama cabinet...)
