So after Allen Alley outsourced most of the jobs to China in previous years, and simply maintained what amounts to a mail drop in Oregon while he was running for the GOP nomination to be Governor, after losing the primary he then pulls the plug on the "Oregon company" fig leaf and high-tails it out of the state. Seems Allen Alley's commitment to Oregon was/is as phony as the cliched political candidate smile is.
