Sizemore sentenced to jail, probation
Oregon anti-tax activist Bill Sizemore was sentenced to 30 days in jail and three years probation after pleading guilty Thursday to three counts of Oregon personal income tax evasion, a class C felony. As the Portland Business Journal reports, Sizemore was Oregon’s Republican nominee for governor in 1998, but lost to Democrat John Kitzhaber.
