Chris Dudley passes on traditional first debate of Oregon governor's race
Republican Chris Dudley has decided not to attend a gubernatorial debate sponsored by the Oregon Newspaper Publishers Association. It's the first time in more than two decades that the ONPA has not held the first debate of the general election campaign for Oregon governor.
