A new group blog
blueoregon admin

We've been busily adding new Oregon progressive blogs to the BlogWire - but there's a new group blog in Portland that we thought we should highlight for you.

PortlandTransport.com takes a look at transportation issues in Portland - or, as they put it, it's "a conversation about mobility issues in the Portland metro region."

Contributors include Tri-Met's Mary Fetsch, Bicycle Transportation Alliance's Evan Manvel, Metro Councilors Rex Burkholder and Robert Liberty, and a whole bunch of other transit folk. The whole thing was wrangled together by Chris Smith, a long-time transportation advocate. See the full list of contributors here.

Meanwhile, are there other progressive Oregon blogs we should be sure to add to the BlogWire?

Isn't 'Portland transportation' an oxymoron?
