Kroger vs. Macpherson at the Downtown Library
Cody Hoesly

If you missed earlier opportunities to see State Attorney General candidates John Kroger and Greg Macpherson in person, or if you want to see them one last time before primary ballots are mailed out, come to the Multnomah County Central Library this Wednesday at noon.  The Oregon Lawyer Chapter of the American Constitution Society is hosting a forum in the US Bank Meeting Room.

BlueOregon has provided extensive coverage of this race, including footage of an earlier debate and info on the money chase, and the Willamette Week did a nice cover piece recently.  But there is simply no substitute for live debate, the give-and-take of Q & A, and a free opportunity to enjoy both so close to the election.  In addition to answering audience questions, the candidates will take questions from a panel of experts, including an environmental lawyer, a criminal defense attorney, and a former State Department of Justice attorney.
