Merkley stumps for housing plan

U.S. Sen. Jeff Merkley on Friday stumped for his new plan to fix the housing market while visiting homeowners in Northeast Portland.

Merkley, a Portland Democrat, unveiled the plan to help underwater homeowners refinance on Wednesday.
