Typhoon! hit with $100k state settlement

The Typhoon! Inc. restaurant operators have been ordered to put $100,000 into a fund for workers state regulators say were "harmed" by the company's actions.

Oregon Labor and Industries Commissioner Brad Avakian announced the settlement of civil rights and wage and hour law violations charges against Typhoon!
