Poll: Hales extends lead over Smith

Portland Business Journal:

Charlie Hales has a seven-point lead in his bid to become Portland’s next mayor.

Hales expanded the five-point advantage over Jefferson Smith that Hales held last month. The KATU/SurveyUSA poll reports that Hales has support from 37 percent of voters, compared to 30 percent for Smith.

That leaves 33 percent as undecided, a 4 percent drop from last month.
