Most Portland voters say they would reject city's arts tax (Oregonian poll)
In a survey of 408 likely Portland voters from Oct. 25-28, 48 percent of respondents said they would or did vote against Measure 26-146, the proposed $35 per year income tax on adult income earners above the poverty level.
