Hales: As mayor, I'll reach out to businesses

At an election night party punctuated by the gypsy-influenced music of 3 Leg Torso, Portland’s mayor-elect vowed to steer the city to roads not often taken.

Specifically, Charlie Hales Tuesday night said he’ll work with business interests alongside advocates of school and public safety reforms.
