Ted Wheeler: Nike bill needs clarity

Oregon's State Treasurer said that while he supports a measure under consideration Friday morning by the House and Senate, he sees areas in the bill that could require more clarity.

Ted Wheeler said he hopes several issues are addressed during today's special session. During the events in Salem, lawmakers will decide whether to assure Nike Inc. (NYSE: NKE) that it will enjoy the same tax benefits afforded to the company for the last decade.
