After "miracle" special session, Nike bill goes to Kitzhaber

A bill that would provide so-called "tax certainty" to Nike and other larger corporations will go to Oregon Gov. John Kitzhaber for his signature.

Kitzhaber, who called Friday's special session to craft House Bill 4200, is expected to sign the measure, which the Senate passed 22-6 Friday afternoon by a 50-to-5 count.
