The Oregon Supreme Court orders a rewrite of the ballot title for a bonding measure that will appear on the November statewide ballot. Sen. Doug Whitsett, R-Klamath, had filed a legal challenge to the ballot title, saying the Democratic majority wrote a biased summary aimed at swaying voters.
