Senate to vote on Columbia River Crossing

Portland Business Journal:

Oregon Senators will get their chance today to cast votes on a measure that would allocate $450 million toward the cost of the $3.4 billion Columbia River Crossing.

As the Statesman Journal reports, the new I-5 span would increase the three lanes in each director to five and would allow construction of light rail and pedestrian and cyclist lanes.
