Portland has a shiny new office building and she’s ready to make her public debut.
The U.S. General Services Administration rededicates the 18-story Edith Green-Wendell Wyatt Federal Office Building following a $155 million plus renovation that transformed a tired 1970s era structure into a glassy example of environmental sensitivity.
