National Popular Vote founder donates $25,000 to Kitzhaber's campaign fund
John Koza, a California businessman and academic pushing the states to ensure that the winner of the popular vote nationally is elected president, has donated $25,000 to the campaign fund of Oregon Gov. John Kitzhaber. It's Kitzhaber's largest donation since he was elected in 2010.
