Marijuana activist Paul Stanford has filed two proposed ballot measures aimed at legalizing the drug in Oregon. Stanford, who sponsored a losing pot initiative on the 2012 ballot, said he is working with a broader group to figure out whether these or other measures would have the best chance of passing in 2014.
