Is Treasurer Wheeler coming around on an Oregon-only CRC?
One of the most prominent skeptics of the state's effort to push through an Oregon-only Columbia River Crossing project may be coming around.
As the Oregonian reported, a top lieutenant of Oregon State Treasurer Ted Wheeler has submitted a report that the project could be "financially viable."
