Cover Oregon: No pay to Oracle until problems are solved

Cover Oregon officials continued to air their frustrations with Oracle Corp. on Monday, saying they will continue to withhold payments while the software giant struggles to get the problem-plagued website up and running.

Gov. John Kitzhaber is also calling for an independent review of the online health insurance exchange, said Dr. Bruce Goldberg, Cover Oregon's acting executive director.
