Wyden touts his latest Medicare reform plan, raps Cover Oregon

Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Oregon, is no stranger to Medicare reform or to bipartisanship.

He’s been working to improve the lives of seniors since he co-founded the Oregon Grey Panthers in his mid-20s. Now he and three other Congressmen, two of them Republicans, are co-sponsoring The Better Care, Lower Cost Act.

The legislation would better coordinate and encourage team-based care for Medicare beneficiaries, with rewards for improving patients’ outcomes.
