On May 20 six states will hold primaries. Pre-primary fundraising reports covering April 1 to April 30 were due Thursday for House candidates in Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Oregon, and Pennsylvania: Below is our list of fundraising numbers for House candidates in key races. Please note that we're only including races where at least one of the nominations is seriously contested.

As always, all numbers are in thousands. An explanation of each column is below: • "CD" stands for congressional district. • "(D-inc)" and "(R-inc)" specify incumbents. • "Raised" is the amount the candidate has received in donations from donors during the quarter, not including any loans. • "Self Fund" is the amount of direct contributions a candidate has made to his or her own campaign. This number, if any, is also counted in the "Raised" column. • "Self Loan" is the amount of any loans a candidate has made to his or her own campaign. This number, if any, is not counted in the "Raised" column. • "Spent" is the amount of money the campaign has spent during the quarter. • "CoH" stands for total cash-on-hand at the end of the quarter. • "CTD" indicates a candidate's contributions raised cycle-to-date, as of the end of the quarter.

Note that in Arkansas and Georgia, a runoff will be held in races where no exceeds more than 50 percent of the vote. There are a lot of interesting nuggets in the data. The GOP primary for the vacant and heavily conservative GA-10 had long been very undefined, with none of the candidates raising or spending much. Trucking executive Michael Collins appears to have changed that, spending significantly more than any of his opponents in the last month. In the state's vacant 11th District, former Rep. and 2008 Libertarian presidential nominee Bob Barr is waging a comeback bid as a Republican. Barr's fundraising has not been incredibly impressive and it's not a given that he'll advance to the July 22 runoff. Thanks to a person loan, state Rep. Ed Lindsey (who interestingly does not represent a single centimeter of GA-11 in the state House) has significantly outspent all his opponents. Businesswoman Tricia Pridemore is also outspending Barr, though not as dramatically. Like GA-10, this is safely red turf. Over in Oregon's swingy 5th District, Republicans held out some hope they could unseat Democratic Rep. Kurt Schrader. However, it doesn't look like either of Schrader's GOP rivals are up to the task. Between them, Tootie Smith and Ben Pollock have raised less than $100,000. During the entire campaign. The Salem-area seat went for Obama 51-47, roughly matching the president's popular vote margin nationwide, but its far too late for Team Red to find a better candidate.
