Sen. Merkley calls Hobby Lobby decision 'tremendous blow'

This morning, The Business Journal picked up a couple of reports from area media about comments U.S. Senate candidate Monica Wehby made Wednesday in support of the U.S. Supreme Court’s Hobby Lobby decision.

Wehby is the Republican nominee for the U.S. Senate seat held by Sen. Jeff Merkley (D.-Ore.)

While the post noted Merkley faulted the decision, a spokesman asked for the opportunity to pass along his statement on the matter.
