Oregon Senate's Cover Oregon debate: End it in 2015 or end it now?

Those who went home a spell early on Friday might have missed a bombshell out of Salem.

Senate President Peter Courtney announced late in the day that he’ll unveil legislation that would dissolve Cover Oregon as a public corporation and assign its responsibilities to the Oregon Health Authority and Oregon Insurance Division.

Senate Republicans responded the next day that Courtney's efforts might not be fast enough to mollify them.
