Walden, Wyden split on FCC's net neutrality ruling

Two members of Oregon's Congressional delegation offered different takes on whether new net neutrality rules will benefit consumers.

The Federal Communications Commission adopted net neutrality rules that require broadband providers to treat all Internet traffic the same. The FCC approved the rules, which prohibit Internet service providers from blocking or degrading access to lawful content, among other specifics, by a 3-2 vote.
