Phoenix Police Cmdr. Kim Humphrey and local physician Dr. Linn Goldberg, OHSU's head of health promotion and sports medicine, say it's steroids that police are more likely to abuse, and other police agencies have been able to establish their own standards for steroid testing with local labs.
