INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Health insurer Cigna Corp. reports fourth-quarter and 2010 results Thursday before the market opens.

WHAT TO WATCH FOR: Cigna competitors UnitedHealth Group Inc. and WellPoint Inc. both finished 2010 with better-than-expected earnings helped in part by a continued drop in customer health care use.
