Oregon Realtors allowed to continue mandatory dues for ballot measure
The Oregon Association of Realtors gets the go-ahead to assess each of its 14,000 members a $75-a-year fee that will partially go toward a signature-gathering campaign to qualify the ballot measure. The Oregon attorney general's office had initially said the fee could run afoul of the law.
