Affordable housing money left out, Memorial Coliseum funding included in Portland urban renewal budget

Oregonian:

The Portland City Council established a policy in 2006 to spend 26 percent of urban renewal money in the Oregon Convention Center district on affordable housing. The budget from Mayor Sam Adams and the agency would spend just 16 percent in the district on affordable housing -- leaving room to pay for a Memorial Coliseum renovation.
