Kitzhaber signs health care bills

Oregon Gov. John Kitzhaber has signed a measure that physicians say will allow them to spend as many as 20 fewer hours a week filling out paperwork. Senate Bill 94 authorizes the state���s Department of Consumer and Business Services to adopt uniform health care financial and administrative transaction standards for all insurers and plan administrators, public and private, that pay for health care in Oregon.
